Hello Borehamwood neighbours! We've got an update on a planning application affecting homes between Catterick Way and Croxdale Road. It looks like there's a proposal to change some of the external finishes, and we'll be keeping an eye on the decision for our Brookmeadow ward!
Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans and drawings) and 14 (samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces) to allow for the replacement of hanging tiles with brickwork and revision of window materials from composite timber/aluminium to uPVC following grant of planning permission 24/0414/FUL.
